I had a lovely 11-day stay that felt like a great getaway, with beautiful pools and hardworking staff who were friendly and welcoming. The food was enjoyable at first but became a bit repetitive. The beach wasn’t ideal since it had rocks, and while the hotel is generally nice, some of the facilities could use improvement, especially the slippery tiles and the hardness of the beds.
